Today, one in every two patients with chronic conditions does not follow their treatment as prescribed. This lack of adherence can compromise both the effectiveness and the safety of medicines.
Multiple factors contribute to this situation: reduced mobility, complex social and healthcare circumstances, distance from the hospital, pressure on the healthcare system, and the absence of support throughout the therapeutic process, among others.
In addition, there is an increasing need to accelerate clinical trials in order to facilitate access to pharmaceutical innovations and promote more efficient models of care that can contribute to a sustainable healthcare system.
Logista Pharma makes available to laboratories all the necessary resources and processes to carry out the administration of therapies in patients’ homes, providing thorough follow‑up on adherence, side effects, clinical data, KPIs,... This is done without overlooking regulatory compliance or the strict logistical–pharmaceutical requirements involved. All of this is coordinated with the hospital and clinical staff, who define the standards for participation in the programmes.
