Once a deal has been struck with the pharmaceutical company what should the pharmacy do?
 
It should inform the pharmaceutical company's representative it wishes to receive the order through Logista Pharma. The representative will forward the quantities and discounts agreed upon with the pharmacy to Logista Pharma.
 
At Logista Pharma we will record the agreement and send the pharmacy an e-mail informing it that the agreement has been recorded. From that moment, the pharmacy can already place orders with Logista Pharma according to its sales agreement. 
We recommend you update the software and place orders automatically. Logista Pharma will advise you on all the steps.
 
What happens if the pharmacy has agreements with different pharmaceutical companies?
The pharmacy may request in a single order all the products it needs from each of the pharmaceutical companies with which it has reached an agreement and it will receive them in a single delivery.
How can the pharmacy monitor the agreements it has reached with different pharmaceutical companies?
Logista Pharma places at its disposal the possibility of monitoring sales agreements in the client area of www.logistapharma.com, where a breakdown of the references it has ordered directly or for which it has requested split deliveries can be found. The report indicates which units have already been requested and the units that are available for ordering through Logista Pharma.
How much does this service cost?
The service costs 2.5% of MSP (Manufacturer's Sale Price), apart from products for acute urinary incontinence.
