Logista
Pharma sponsored the latest AECOC Congress on Commercial and Marketing
Strategy. We would like to thank those of you who were able to attend for your
presence. We were delighted to observe the excellent organization on the part
of AECOC and the very positive evaluation of the speakers.

The
presentation of the concept of the Omnishopper, a vision that seeks to
complement and encompass that of the Omnichannel, was very interesting.
Omnichannel
has been discussed for years, but is still far from full implementation and use
is not yet being made of all its opportunities and potential.
The
vision of the future role of proximity, impulse and/or convenience channels was
also interesting, as well as how these interrelate with the Omnishopper,
merging the physical and virtual worlds.
Last
but not least, the results of a survey on people's shopping habits, carried out
on a sample of volunteers, were very surprising. Their answers showed that they
were aware of making very few visits per week to points of sale, whereas the
monitoring of their location demonstrated multiple weekly interactions with
these, especially with channels of proximity, impulse and convenience. And of
course, the Community Pharmacy is among them.
